Personal Injury & Insurance Disputes

George brings to his clients a great deal of successful personal injury representation along with 35 years experience in civil and criminal litigation.

George Bonn started the firm in 1972. He has extensive trial experience in both civil and criminal litigation. Since the early 1990s George has restricted his practice to representing people who have been seriously injured or representing family members of people who had been wrongfully killed.

George has extensive roots in the Quinte community. He regularly gives back his time and financial support to various community organizations. In particular, he is a strong supporter of the local hospital foundation. He is a founding member and lifetime director of the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association (OTLA). In 2009, George was awarded the prestigious OTLA John A. McLeish award, which is awarded to the person which has made an outstanding contribution to the goals of a fair trial and access to justice, as an advocate, in legal scholarship, in continuing legal education, legal writing, journalism, politics or government.

“I still have the fire in my belly to help those injured and being taken advantage of by unscrupulous insurance companies.”

George brings his wealth of experience and advocacy skills to represent clients in serious personal injury and death claims. George Bonn is a member of the OTLA and committed to the OTLA Code.
